1 If you are troubled by obesity, then prepare multigrain flour in this way –
Grind 1 kg of gram, 1 kg of barley, 250 grams of flaxseed and 50 grams of fenugreek in five kilograms of wheat.
2 If you want to get rid of leanness, then prepare multigrain flour in this way –
Add 1 kg of gram, 1 kg of barley, 500 grams of soybean, 1 kg of rice flour and grind it in five kilograms of wheat. Use of this flour will help you to gain weight.
3 If you are pregnant, prepare multigrain flour in this way –
Grind 1 kg of soybean, 250 grams of sesame, one and a half kg of gram, 500 grams of barley in five kilograms of wheat. This will give you a lot of nutrition during pregnancy.
4 If you have constipation, prepare multigrain flour in this way –
Grind 1 kg of gram, half kg of maize, 1 kg of barley and 250 grams of flaxseed in five kilograms of wheat. This will help you in getting rid of constipation.
5 Those who have diabetes, prepare multigrain flour in this way –
Grind one and a half kg of gram, 500 grams of barley, 50 grams of fenugreek, 50 grams of cinnamon in five kg of wheat.

Grind 250 grams of soya bean, 1 kg of gram and 500 grams of barley in five kilograms of wheat. This will result in good growth of children.
Also keep these things in mind –
  • Grind the flour a little thicker.
  • Use flour with bran.
  • Do not grind flour in large quantities.
  • It is enough to grind flour for one week at a time.
